true, same basically but i don’t rly have better options anyway :/
@wishmelucc: I really hope you get into more schools and are able to increase your scholarship offers that way! I just want to let you know I understand your stress completely but you have competitive stats so don’t lose hope now. If anything, renegotiate with Berkeley when they try to low-ball you!
15:56
@WatermelonLover: thank u so much, same to you and good luck<3

I noticed on reddit a lot of people get berk decisions around 9-10 pm ET. anyone know how consistent that is (e.g. all decisions vs just for big waves)
14:02
i checked! historically As do come between 9p-11:30p EST

To any/all who heard back today, when did you submit your applications?
19:31
if anyone receives aid offers pls put the date you received it
Berkeley is scaring me bc everyone who applied around when I did already heard back
But I feel like I wrote strong essays and I applied for the BLOS so idk I’m not losing all hope yet but it’s making me so nervous
10:47
@MinecraftSteve: I totally feel you. I'm like 90% sure I'm on Hold now, but I wish I would get some kind of communication from Berk!
Is getting waitlist for Berkeley a good sign for other school? :(
anyone still waiting for aid?
any sept. applicants have radio silence from berk besdies me haha?
@DeadpanEquableTank I am. Got in on 12/17 and nothing on aid :/
at this point is radio silence a bad sign :/
October applicant and radio silence. also a Berkeley alum so this will hurt extra bad if it's a WL/R.
also: did Berkeley move to the top of anyone else's law hub status checker before they got a decision? if so, what was the decision (lol)

@RaspyTameCollie: mine also moved to the top of lawhub. missed yesterday's A wave. im preparing for the worst :(
when do decisions usually come out?
how bad is it to apply with the Jan. LSAT score, which came out in February 1st?

for those who were accepted, when did you hear about your merit scholarship? If my initial acceptance email didn't include scholarship, does that mean I was accepted sticker?
@Iamthelawstudent: I think merit aid is still coming! source: I haven't gotten any yet and I sure hope I do.
also their online FAQ mentioned that all aid will come out by March 31st
i am also really desperate to hear about aid
Is it safe to assume if we have not heard back about aid then we were offered none and have to complete the scholarship reconsideraton that opens on March 20? Or can initial scholly offers be made past this date?

Yes

I spoke with fin aid a few weeks back and 60% of the aid was already gone. if you don't get an initial offer, you will have to use the reconsideration form
LowlyExpensiveAlligator

If you applied for a named scholarship, that delays your general merit aid consideration
