Applying to the correct set of law schools will enhance your choices when it comes time to choose where to attend. @babycat: Yes, and those things are fine, but I think it is disingenous to call someone's views black and white they are grounded in different reasoning. I promise you, I have thought every thing I believe out and there's a great many issues I don't have a view on because I don't have the experience or knowledge to have a belief on. This is the problem with our political dialogue today—we go straight to making assumptions about an individual or their motivations.

I genuinely don’t think I called your views black and white and you may be thinking of someone else. I said something a while ago about not taking hardline views on gender relations at a young age because experience may shift these views but that was a different thing. Also not intended to be political! I was scared of relationships and intimacy when I was younger and that for sure affected the way I perceived gender relations

@babycat: Ok, that's fair and I get where you're coming from, but I also don't think I've taken a hardline view on what you're referring to. I'm flexible on most issues, with a few exceptions. And, I also don't think with regard to political issues, at least, saying I'm a couple of years younger than you means my opinion is less informed.
