Surströmming is fire. I eat that all the time. Nah still not hungry cus I ate a lot last night. Had A5 Japanese Wagyu for the 2nd time in my life last night, Elk, French Onion, Braised Pork Ribs, Barolo, Sauternes, and a cocktail. Total was like $350 or so.
