@DoingItForTheCulture: no, there will be more waves off the waitlist up into the first week of classes. Then there's people like me, who would have been in that first round, that have already withdrawn and decided to go elsewhere. It's not over until it's over.

Last year WL movement didn't happen until July. They were quiet all June (self reported data of course).
I had a meeting with Dean Issa today and she said there likely won't be WL movement until July 15
