Submit a GPA addenum explaining it (tough major/courses/schedule (work)/whatever) and mention it is uploaded in the portal. Or if they dont have that option, add it to email and mention it in the body.

Heard about a kid getting in bc he had a portal error trying to accept the WL and they transferred him to the dean who let him in the next day after they talked
