Bro, they alllll have formulas for scholarship/aid/grant max eligibility based on your income lol if you make 50k for 3 months work in the summer, you may have some contributions for tuition lol

but i remember someone saying that usually they try to maintain whatever percentage of whatever type of applicant in their class that they want. like if they want x amount of PI focused applicants theyll look for that first regardless of if theyre on the special or regular, or for a certain LSAT/GPA median, age/level of WE, etc
