oh yeah no im not saying the odds are high or that it's even actually possible to get off the WL, it's just that i dont buy someone being in communication with the dean and the dean privately telling them there's no chance off the WL even though theres going to be an announcement soon, and that someone who did receive such information would post it to reddit
