@MoldyFragileMacaw: some schools do that, but traditionally 'predatory' schools set their condition way above their curve so that most people lose the scholly even if they have a good chance of passing the bar ie: a condition at 3.5gpa when teh curve is set at 3.0

@plainjane: you can also look up where their curve is set at. 2.2 is reasonable, if 30% are losing scholly's they probably only offer conditionals to the people just barely making it in
