@wasp is onto something here - a similar problem occurred in 2020 when rioters (who were not a part of the peaceful protests and were often of opposite ideology) would simply cause mess in otherwise peaceful situations

We have entitled rich kids being useful idiots for antisemites. They lack a cause worth their passion. They wave Hezbolllah flags and chant for intifada without understanding any history or the pain of what they call for. They shout “from the river to the sea” as though its historical meaning has not been a call to murder Jews. At best, these kids are grossly uneducated. At worst, they’re racist. At the end of the day, if you’re chanting for intifada and an end to Israel, you’re not chanting for a ceasefire. That day has passed. They’re chanting for a bigger war that Israel loses as their cheer Houthi terrorists and hezbollah militias. It’s disgusting. And it shouldn’t be normalized.

How ironic is it that I am reapplying to law schools because the law school I was in discriminated against me and I will most likely be suing them if I can’t get into another law school. I’m Jewish and the school I attended was a Jewish institution
