It seemed like most of the decisions on Friday were from November applicants. I really hope I don’t have to wait too long to hear back.
@AbrasiveTiresomeReindeer: I am going
Hope the rest of you guys get good news this week
Looks like a handful of decisions came in
@AbrasiveTiresomeReindeer: Thanks! But, I'm not too hopeful. I don't think my LSAT was enough to make up for my very mediocre GPA. Still no seat deposit, etc. I'll call later today. I am pretty angry about the way they handled it. But it's all good.
your LSAT is solid. I'd gladly swap stats with you if I could
Waitlisted. Not unexpected. Good luck y'all! Y'all made the wait more bearable! Now I can start planning my move up to Boise.

Chameleon, I just saw that you were waitlisted and that is SO INCREDIBLY stupid. Your LSAT is high enough that it's possible they just assumed you had better offers elsewhere. May be worth writing to admissions. Regardless, you're going to kill it in law school
Thanks for saying that! Honestly it could be for a number of reasons. I was a Math major, so my writing ability is very subpar. Definitely possible that my personal statement and LSAT writing sample gave them pause in that regard. My plan was always to stay in Idaho and go to UI Boise, but my LSAT ended up being high enough that I felt I should apply to at least one higher ranked school.
honestly, if you write a LOCI and that if it's your first choice (whether genuine or not), they may pull you off. At the very least, you can use that as negotiation leverage for Idaho
What are the odds of a wave happening by tomorrow? Or am I going to have to wait another month lol
fairly likely i would think- admitterd students day is coming up next weekend
Someone on reddit said their portal changed. Has anyone else had this happen today?
My portal’s status and substatus disappeared. Is that what they’re talking about?
Yes, do you have a section for a seat deposit?
If you have a seat deposit and orientation fee section then you’re likely in
Unfortunately my portal hasn’t changed. Still holding out hope for the last few hours of the day
I would like to be able to attend the admitted student event
Just got my schoalrship offer- they only offered me $15k/year
What a joke. Seriously
I only got $7500
Wow
you're instate i assume?
so it's pretty much the same out of pocket as me- 30k/year
Yeah I am instate. Brutal
Thought they'd do better
Was really hoping for today :/
do law schools allow a one-year defernment?
@OceanicNaturalSnail: I am seriously consideirng retaking the LSAT and trying again for BYU at the beginning of next cycke
cycle
