No email or call yet.
Got an email; said an official decision letter would be sent via mail
any updates
Hi, all! Would love to know if anyone can give me info as far as the wait time once an application is under review? I think the stress is going to kill me. lol

Curious - For those who have been accepted in the last week or two, have you received your "official" letter in the mail yet? Wondering how long that takes.
Or, actually, I guess, that question is for anyone. lol
Admitted 1/19 but haven't received anything
Also admitted 1/19 no scholarship info.. their 509 shows everyone gets something. I guess its coming? 48k.. unlikley i attend
Thanks for letting me know. I feel like I'm waiting from a letter from my sweetheart at the front in a world war, as focused as I am on the mail carrier's daily visit.
Keeping my fingers crossed for both of us!
@FlutteringSqueamishPuffin: I received my envelope today. Are you out-of-state? It just struck me, when I reread your message, that you said $48K. I'm a resident, so it's a little cheaper for me. They also offered up some $$$.
@TrueHistoricalGoddess: yes! i am in florida... The politics and cost of living really resonate me with NH tbh, i would love to move up there
Have you received your envelope? I'm guessing no, since I just got mine yesterday and I'm in state, but it's possible. :) I am originally from KY but have been here not quite 20 years. It truly is nice here - as we say, about an hour to the beach, an hour to the mountains, and an hour to Boston. Hopefully their offer will make it feasible for you!. Are you interested in IP? I am not, but I know a lot of people are at UNH. (Full disclosure: I am a non-traditional student who got a BA and MAT at UNH, so I am very much pro-Wildcat)
@TrueHistoricalGoddess: hey! I did receive my letter, 31k per year out of state so a very affordable 19k/ year. Rank wise my best is from Florida International, rank 60, im in state there and its 21k per year. Very unsure about how to pick the school to go to
I also got 30k a year at michigan state which would only cost me 15k. That is tempting just on how affotable it is. I have a full ride to a very low ranked school but im certain i will withdraw that
@TrueHistoricalGoddess: and yes I am VERY interested in IP
My bacehlors is in biology, i did a lot of Neuroscience research adn i wouldlove to be a patent attorney for a biopharm company
but more realistically i would like to do criminal and med mal
@FlutteringSqueamishPuffin: Sounds like you definitely have some options! I took a peek - you have a lot of apps outstanding. I don't suppose you're in any super rush because of that, but the waiting would kill me!
You've also got schools all over the place geographically . . . do you have friends/family in any of the places? That might help, but also figuring out some clarity as far as what you truly want post-3L is probably going to be a big driver of your decision.
@TrueHistoricalGoddess: It was a mixture of places i would like to live, elite schools worth the cost, and places i expect LARGE $$$ offers. Theres only a few states i really want to live in, Florida, the carolinas, Texas and NH. Quality of life and taxes are better there. If i get into fsu or UF i am definitely going there, their reputation is great. I need to do a little more market research and figure out a 5 year plan post 3L and that will probably be the deciding factor on which school i go to
Keep me posted, and good luck!
thank you!!!
