Yeah it's weird...

I haven’t heard anything but I’ve /seen/ posts on Reddit speculating their trying to tailor their class due to A and Ms jump
Can you explain more?
@HappyLittlePanda: where did you find that? I'm just curious and want some clarity on what's going on!
11:14
I was told at ASD that they were aiming for 220.
11:22
I wonder how many people are already deposited...
Anyone have that info on how full the class is?

Dos anyone think that there will be another A wave from SMU? Or is it too late in the cycle?
nopain18

Applied late feb^
You'll hear back by the end of may

@nopain18: they seem to be trickling in. I got an R but didn’t see anyone. I applied late Jan.

Any waitlist -> A movement yet?
There won't be any until June 1 at the earliest
Tomorrow is the 6 month anniversary of when I applied🥰

That is actually wild I’m so sorry
it's ok! Just a little shocked b/c the Dean of Admissions does a ton of recruiting at my undergrad
@VersedImperfectMouse: where do you go to school?
Seems to be some movement today!
nopain18
11:56
Where?
@RabidTawdryMoose: waitlist movement???
No that won't be until early June! They have to review all the applications first and those were due April 1 so I was told late May early Jun for waitlist!

I got more stressed doing remote because you can't really simulate the check in part. plus stressing if there was any noise at all they'd invalidate my test.

oop this was for general this day disregard lol

Do we think there have been any WL -> A? I know sometimes they don't wait until they're through all apps.
nopain18
13:31
I would hope not because I haven’t even received a decision yet
13:31
I would also hope not because I'm hoping that taking the June LSAT will get me off of the WL :')
nopain18
13:32
I feel like that would be kinda crummy, if they started going through the waitlist before they get through all of their apps
Opossum
13:36
I'm sure all who had submitted before April 1st will receive a decision soon. Mainly I think they only look at the same time if it's post deadline submissions (cause they allow people to submit apps still is just case by case)
Like we've said. They won't begin looking at the waitlist at the earliest until late May. They want to get through all applications before reviewing the waitlist. I've been told taking the June LSAT can help which would lead me to believe they might not even review until after then. In any case I would not expect to hear anything until late May when all other applications are guaranteed to receive a decision.
It's called a WAITlist for a reason...you have to wait
