What do you mean applied May 1st did people have the option to apply 2 days ago?? Sorry I’m confused a lil
15:07
yea, GULC is rolling, you could apply today if you wanted, but they prioritize apps received before the may 1st deadline
15:08
waitlisted kids could hear all the way up the class registration day - which happened to a mutual
15:09
*march 1st deadline I'm sorry, not may 1st lmao
15:10
so basically if applied in jan or earlier but your app wasn't marked complete before the 1st of march, your app is deprioritized (will take longer to review) is what adcom told me
15:11
complete on or before mar 1st*
15:13
Ohhhh March not May okay now I getcha sorry
grapesnlemonade382
15:13
oh I thought it was about if your app was SUBMITTED by Mar 1? not marked "complete" per say
15:13
Speaking of that class registration day anyone know when it is. When we officially HAVE to give up hope?
15:14
naw that's where I got fucked because even tho I applied mar 1st, they didn't mark it complete until the 15th - the complete date is more important
15:15
I think logically they're only admitting locals the last few weeks so if you're outside the dmv, I'd give up by July lol - wouldn't make sense to admit someone with such short notice that needs to relocate
grapesnlemonade382
15:15
oh love that for me. I also applied Mar 1 but they only marked that shit complete on March 6th :D
15:17
id sep 1st is the very last day - add drop is like the 3rd
15:18
How long are yall planning to ride the WL?
15:19
yea when I called they pulled up my lSAC number on the phone and said since the completed day was after the 1st it would take longer to review and that if I don't hear back in 2-3 weeks to call again
15:21
no initial yet, the invited me to interview the same week my bro was WL so I'm thinking its a soft WL for now
15:22
we applied at the same time w/ almost identical profiles - I have more work exp but he dropped out of a doctorate program
15:23
I will say someone just said it wasn’t solely a WL A wave some people got initial decisions in the As. So don’t give up hope
grapesnlemonade382
15:36
@TruthTheX: ahh thanks for all of this info
15:38
No problem. I’m neurotically scraping Reddit for every mention lmao *I want Andy to love me plz PLZ ANDYYYY*
grapesnlemonade382
15:40
yep same :D i literally have my work stuff open in one window & then reddit, my email, and this website in another window which II neurotically check every 6-8 minutes
grapesnlemonade382
17:06
is there another mini WL wave happening now? or am I delusional
17:07
I’d assume it’s more of people just getting around to updating now
JaidedIris
17:49
looks like some WL -> A, and some people getting notices for WL who did not receive a decision previously.
So it is a rainbow wave today?
20:38
Seems to be the case ye, at least they’re moving on all fronts it seems
grapesnlemonade382
21:17
Wait did people get r? I've only heard of WL & A today
21:38
There were a handful of Rs reported here today but who knows if they’re real or were from today or what’s up tbh
PreviousSwelteringQuail
21:43
Seems like a rainbow. I still have nothing. Idk if that’s a good or bad thing at this point 😂
