I would agree that it makes sense that things will be halted until June, but the dean said during the webinar that they would make interview offers on the 20th-24th, which did not happen. They could at least tell us they aren't going to do anything until June instead of what they have been doing.
Just realized I dont think I ever received a portal link from GMU... what email did you guys receive it from?
portal?

Prediction if this week or next week we hear something?
Honestly I think at this point they might just wait till after their second deposit deadline. Since they're so late already.

13:31
Maybe they already have all they need to feel content unless tmr seat deadline doesn’t go as planned
True. It's a small class. I remember in the WL info session they said something like 3 sections of 40-50 people.
ColorfulThickBullfrog
14:17
Yep. They are aiming for around 120
So we think they already hit that critical mass? Maybe they’ll just interview a handful more peeps depending on who doesn’t deposit tomorrow?

I haven’t been keeping up with peer schools like GW or W&L even tho I’m also WL at both. Have they had any action? Peer schools all copy each other
18:43
When I took a tour in April of this year, the ambassador said they're aiming for 150 so let's hope it's that. Glad to see it looks like they haven't sent any interview invites...but omg the anticipation is killing meeee

ColorfulThickBullfrog
16:29
Idk how true it is but if you scroll down you’ll see it was reported on 6/15… the interview. The LSAT is def on the lower end for GMU and there was people with higher self report GPA/LSAT so no idea what’s going on.
17:45
Yeah, i'm not buying it at this point.
@GhostofFinch want to clear up the speculation?

It's real. 1) luck I guess and 2) my story is somewhat unique. I'm not out of the woods yet though. Fingers crossed because I loved the campus. I wish everyone the best of luck this cycle!

Demoralizing, yes. But also exciting because we know the waitlist is moving! Congrats Ghost! We’re wishing you best! You deserve it :) Why is your story unique? Also are you for PT or FT? Let us know when you kill the interview ;)
