Gotcha then ye it just depends on the school. For a few they might send out an ii after a WL decision (two did this for me) but how rare or common depends on the school and what it means also depends on the school I suppose

iirc NU sends a kira invite to all WL applicants, it's not required to stay on the WL though

If ya got a 1v1 with a dean I’d say to comb Reddit to see if it’s happened in the past but even if you find nothing I would assume a 1 on 1 is a VERY good sign
