you should be doing plain pasta if youre looking to carb up right before a run
shouldnt you be doing complex carbs instead of simple cards if you want the energy in say 45 mins -3 hours instead of 4-6 hours later?

im eating this mac probably 3 hours pre run, 45 minutes before run i'll have a banana. is generally how i operate. then i take some fruit snack packets in my running belt to eat during the run
