@BytchiestBunny: I believe you see people in semi-political local positions in Michigan calling for sharia law currently but not with any real support or backing. I think stuff like that is when the fed steps in. When it comes to regulations in the Army they say "A commander can add to but can't take away from" so with no real working law/political knowledge/experience I would say fed puts out the general and the states put out the specific.

All of these worries and complaints can easily be solved by engaging in local and state level community politics. like the baddest bunny in the chat has mentioned. Down ballot votes are more effective and as important as top of ticket
