[IMPORTANT] These estimates are for high level planning only. Things like summer jobs, when you spend your savings, and other financial decisions will impact exactly how much you pay.
I did via email. I sent up a follow-up to check on my status because I have pending offers. They were very friendly but to the point. Direct quote:
"The Committee is still working through emails. Please note that at this time, we have a pretty full class and no scholarships available." I was ultimately waitlisted. So it's possible spots and money could open up for students later? I'm not sure how that works. But my impression was they're basically done. of course, you or others may interpret that same statement differently. Good luck!! 6/20
@TrentCrimmTheIndependent: Love your username lol but thank you for answering! I spoke to a admissions officer who came to my school and she said that they would start reviewing applications this week but I haven't seen any movement with mine (even though I submitted sort of early) so I was just wondering if they had actually started to review.
haha thank you!! Their website says that they were supposed to start releasing decisions early November, so I'm wondering if the increase in applicants has made them slow down a bit. I hope you go under review soon!! :)
@TrentCrimmTheIndependent: Thank you! When I spoke to the lady she just said running behind and that they hope to have the first set of decisions back before Thanksgiving. I am just hoping I am in that wave but I am doubting that now.
3.3 and a 158. Not sure how confident my chances are at being accepted. I am an In-state applicant from Philly. Really like Pittsburgh so I am hoping I can go to Pitt!
