Howdy to anyone still on the waitlist. I sent the admissions team a couple of updates about my application and they told me that in all honesty it is unlikely that anyone out of state gets off the list. They being an in state institution are now mostly looking at in state applicants. I am sure this could change but I wanted to provide that information for anyone looking to make a decision soon. Best of luck everyone.
@GhoulsandMagnets: i did interview last month, received a UR shortly after and an A about two weeks after the UR notification

the interview went as you may expect, nothing too crazy I think a primary focus for an out of stater is the "why OU/ why oklahoma?" which means you should have a compelling reason ready to tell

Oh nice, it felt very similar then. My status went blank today so hopefully that's a good thing!
FYI for people getting interviewed: They asked me a few questions that I know will impact scholarships/possibly admissions. I have a 159 and they seriously asked if I'd consider an LSAT retake for a higher scholarship offer...not joking. Interview was not bad but I can tell they're desperate to inflate that metric.
@MidSouthWarrior: Thank you for that info, my interview with them is next week and was looking for more info on what was asked.

@MidSouthWarrior: the same thing was said in my interview. was also told the admissions panel is meeting on thursday this week and more decisions will go out shortly after.
