I was also told it would be a phone call but I received an acceptance email earlier today. It just stated to be on the look out for seat deposit information and scholarship info.

I got an email back they ran late yesterday and didn’t have enough time to call a few people but if you received and email you are accepted and they’re meeting about scholarships either tomorrow or Friday
Thanks for the info!

Hi! I am a current student who does tours for prospective students and applicants. If you are waiting, keep waiting--nobody is ghosting you. I promise. There is a mix of people living in Norman, OKC, Edmond, and other surrounding. I live in Norman--but commuting is totally doable. It's just what you prefer/can afford.

Cheers Fancy - that's helpful advice, especially to those of us not currently in the area.
12:16
any tips on negotiating scholarships? shoul I accept what I've been given and try to ask for more later, my gpa will most likely hit 3.7 after this semester
16:46
@Catmom101: after talking with the Dean of Admissions, she said to always try to renegotiate. All I did was submit a paragraph answering "why Oklahoma, OU, and other circumstances that are relevant"
If i go to OCU law instead of OU law are my job prospects in Oklahoma going to be worse off?

Probably depends on what practice areas you are interested in, and the placement data from each school. Research on their respective web site, or talking to career services, could give you more detail around your preferences.
how fast have people started hearing back for admissions decisions? I submitted on 10/9, did first phone interview on 10/18
@HonorableDisillusionedSalamander: ~4-5 weeks. So you should be hearing back soon Id imagine. Best of luck!
