Tell us what's important to you
the email they sent with the status checker says they email decisions
what questions do you have?
just about how long it took, the decision, how long it took. its my top choice and we have similar stats :)
i applied 02/10 - got the acceptance email a few minutes ago
did anyone experience a UR date change? Mine went UR 3/1 and just changed today 4/20. I’m almost at the 8 week mark and should be getting an answer soon.
hehe I got innnnn

So the admissions office straight up told me the ad com is taking longer than the usual 8 weeks due to volume of apps

I was a late applicant, mostly because June was my first/only LSAT - it's only been a few weeks including July 4th, how long/soon before classes do you think they'll Accept people? #waitingsucks
16:24
Hey there, congrats!
17:36
@Niteform: when did you talk to the Admissions Office? Thx!
has anyone who applied in november heard back yet?

i applied end of october and have not heard anything since my status changed 11/21
anyone's status change from "under review" to "in review". Any insight of what this might mean?
anyone who has been accepted know what time they usually release decisions?
14:32
@GoofyHocRaccoon: Just got the same change in my status. I called the school and the representative I spoke to said it doesn't really mean anything. Also said on his end he only sees this being the only status change since application was complete. But I know last week it was "under review). Don't know if they just say that lol maybe it's nothing maybe it signifies a second review of your file.
@7LawBound7: thanks! have you heard back yet? Also, does anyone know what days they usually release decisions?
14:53
@GoofyHocRaccoon: not yet eagerly and semi-patiently waiting lol
Aside from money, why are some of you interested in cooperate law?
12:03
@LamentableAdventurousElf: Great connections, good experience to lateral into business if you no longer want to practice, large-scale/complex subject matter
12:04
Also WOW - is that employment rate accurate for UIC?
where tf is uic?

I just got an acceptance email today
@lawstudent9424: why did your status checker change to "in review"? also, what time did you receive an email?
lawstudent9424
17:20
@GoofyHocRaccoon: status checker changed on 1/25 and I got the email today at 3:26 CT
congrats on the A! I've been waiting on "in review" since 12/13. Haven't had the best experience from the uic admissions office but hoping for a decision soon!

anyone aware of any admitted students days or open houses?
I've been in review since 12/19 and nothing still :/
@GodlyImportedRabbit: same here (but 12/13). This whole process has really turned me off from UIC.
