12:41

Anyone send of LOCI yet?
working on mine rn
Probably gonna actually send one mid to late April. Dont see much point sending it before then
heyo, for those of you who applied to UGA this cycle, I am applying next cycle in a few months and was wondering how many LORs we can submit with our application like 2 or 3? Also, I already wrote a personal statement, but how many optional essays are there? do y'all recommend doing all the optional ones too
you can submit up to 4 LORs, two required
always do the optional, and no way to know how many there will be in the fall
tysm :)
@THREATLVLMIDNIGHT: I will say I didn’t do any optional essays (I didn’t know any better and just thought they didn’t apply to me) and I still go in so I think they definitely help but I wouldn’t say you haddd to do them
sounds great thank you! i work full time so it's been hard to study for the LSAT; took it nov 2023 and got a 159 when I was PTing better but I'm gonna retake it in June so hoping that'll help me get admitted. I have a house like 40 mins from athens lol so it would def be good
Based on current trends
I would anticipate needing a 170 to get in next year
not saying this to discourage you
but that's the reality

@AberrantEconomicSwallow: Sent one today, I've been to visit a few times so I went ahead and sent it, hoping they'll remember me 🙃🙂
No, if you apply ED with a 166 or so they'll accept you

omg uga moved to the top for me
has anyone talk to admin about when they start looking at waitlist candidates??
they will start looking after the seat deposit date so they know how many seats they have left to fill before reaching out and offering admission
18:19
admits - when is yall's seat deposit due?
seat deposit deadline is 4/15
withdrew from WL today, going to grad school. best of luck, future dawgs, and see y'all in your 3Ls
How are no 168's admitted??
because they want 169 this year instead
But it doesn't make sense to exclude all 168 admits while admitting some even lower than 165. Why accept anyone under 169 if that was the case?
I am just curious how quickly that changed and why there wouldn't be strong candidates with a 168 on their acceptance list.
