Do most people who apply get a video interview?
17:10
I just got one too
17:10
do most people get it?
thats what I am trying to figure out
because in all honesty I dont think I have a shot with my gpa and lsat score so it through me for a loop
17:20
i looked up some things on reddit and it says they are interviewing a lot of people this year
I got mine today. Applied 2/1. Haven't been hearing from people who have not received the interview.
I think almost everyone got an II
Did other people can an invitation to apply for public interest scholarships after they applied? I would love to think they cared enough to send one to me bc my personal statement was related to that field but also am afraid it was a mass email. I just want to get in
I also received the email after i completed my II, which went very poorly, so it would make me feel much better if the email didnt go to everyone
10:50
i got that email too after my interview, but I also indicated in my PS that i was interested in that field!
@bigolefrog: ah yay. love to hear it, thanks :)
^As you got in, which by the way- congrats!
@NonchalantPuppy: i was just coming on here to rage about the fact that they sent me that email over a month after i applied and now i just got waitlisted after taking the time to gather all the application materials and apply
darn, ut makes quick work in the cycle. they have already accepted almost as many as they did last year, and the last major A wave happened about this time last year give or take a few weeks, especially for anyone under the 75th. make you think a big majority the acceptances have been sent already.
especially considering they had about 100 more apps listed on this site last year, plus they want to keep their new medium
11:59
What does that mean going forward? Mostly R/W results from here forward?
that would be my guess but its hard to say. it probably depends on whether they think they think they can maintain a yield high enough to fill a class with this number of admits. obviously there will still be a few As but I would guess the big waves are few from here on out

@AfraidOffbeatHare: What do you mean? Seems like LSD had 300 direct accepts last year and this year we are at 166 so far. Feels more like halfway depending on if the LSD reporting crowd is representative of last year
@MessyNeatPikachu: interesting, you are correct. Seems like a silly feature to only list 'outstanding offers' as acceptances in the green text at the top of the page while showing all acceptances, withdrawn or not, as green on the following graphs.
Although it still looks like their last real 'wave' was between 3/07 and 3/14 so I would still expect the majority of the As to be handed out by then, I suppose the next few weeks will be slightly busier than I concluded
WHAT DOES NRTE stand for ??
non resident tuition exemption
in state tuition for oos fellas

How unlikely is it to get off the waitlist?
NonchalantPuppy

as out of state
18:16
Anyone get an interview today? Does every applicant receive one?
does anyone know specific days UT drops decisions or could it just be any time?
seems like its any daybut they like to do them in batches if you sort by decisionn date
12:51
How long after completing the interview was a decision made?
