I would say no, it seems the vast majority of people who applied in December haven't heard back yet.

@CuteAndHappy: folks have varied views on this, but in mine, LOCIs should only be sent if you're added to WL. they have your app and know you're interested. sending an LOCI comes off as desperate IMO. now, once wait listed, that's a different story
