Department of Defense Dependents Schools

Read a random definition: compassing

A quick definition of Department of Defense Dependents Schools:

Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS) is a part of the U.S. Department of Defense that runs schools for kids from kindergarten to grade 12. These schools are for the children of military and civilian personnel who are living outside of the United States.

A more thorough explanation:

The Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS) is a branch of the U.S. Department of Defense that manages schools for children of military and civilian personnel stationed overseas. These schools provide education from kindergarten through grade 12.

For example, if a military family is stationed in Germany, their children may attend a DoDDS school on the military base. These schools offer a curriculum similar to schools in the United States, but also incorporate cultural experiences unique to the country where they are located.

DoDDS schools are important because they provide stability and continuity in education for military families who may move frequently due to their service. They also ensure that children receive a quality education, regardless of where they are stationed in the world.

Hey just wondering how to filter data by international Gpa? Can't seem to find this filter option
9:40
There’s no intuitive way to do this. The only way I can find is by going to each individual school, scrolling to the part that shows you all applicants for that year, and clicking on the GPA button until it filters them for the blank ones first. I’ve found by clicking on profiles that the ones with an LSAT listed and no GPA are almost universally international
