If you sent Feb 12 or earlier then you made it to review. If after that, no way to tell
All those who sent Feb 12 or before and didn’t make review have been rejected

@becomingAnteater: Thank you! People have said no one refuses Yale, but it seems 39% of people refuse Yale. I am wondering if is mostly because of scholarships or what the other common reasons might be?

Be real with me folks, what are the odds Yale is still on the table?

when’s the next R wave likely?
Does anybody else’s Yale status checker do the weird update back and forth a few times a week at minimum? Mine does it for a few times like 4-5 days in a row, then stops for a few days and begins again. It’s been doing that for the last 3-4 weeks since going complete. Makes me wonder if it does that whenever my application is accessed, which would indicate that somehow despite my terrible stats I made it to Faculty Review.
The top paragraph disappears and then reappears the next time I check my status.

Is there any way to know if I made faculty review? I applied Feb 15. Is there any date by when I don't hear back it would be safe to assume that I made it to faculty review?
Wave today?
@KeenDisturbedSatyr: Seems like a small A wave today. I've seen two A's for Yale come in today. One of them didn't put the date of the decision, but it came in close to the same time as the other A

Using statistics, we most likely are looking at a handful (4-6 or so) more direct A’s, and then an additional 5 or so off the waitlist.
Applicants posting on LSD are up this cycle, though. So we’re probably looking at one more decent-sized A wave before their big R/WL waves that hits most years the last week of March or first week of April.
Factoring in the increased applicants posting on LSD this cycle, we’re probably looking at somewhere around 7-12 more direct A’s (prior to pulling from waitlist), and then another 5-10 from the waitlist. Many of those WL A’s don’t come until May, so if you get on the WL, just brace for a bit of a ride.
So yes, still a good chunk of A’s to come.
I think we're going to see the last direct acceptance A wave (before pulling from waitlist) mid-late next week, followed the next day by the next big Yale R wave next Thursday or Friday (March 30 or 31) or the following Monday (April 3). The WL wave (along with maybe another R wave) should hit a couple days to a week after the next R wave.
