Does wake do yield protection? Feels cocky but above both 75%
I'm not sure, they got a huge bump in their rankings from the last several years so I think they have a lot more applications and so averages will probably go up decently this year
I emailed wake forest about increasing my scholarship and they sent me a prewritten email saying no 🥲
I also was denied scholly reconsideration. They also are not offering any sort of travel reimbursement for those attending ASD, just an fyi for you all!
IS anyone going to ASD on Saturday? I will be there
Yes! Super stoked about it
I'm going!
just emailed them about schol reconsideration, guess we'll see how it goes
For the ASD reception, is it still a cap of one guest?
I thought ASD was really good - I have hard decisions!
Officially committed today! So excited for the fall
Has WF sent out decisions for today? If so, do they send it all at once or is it staggered? Kinda surprised it's taking this long
Does anyone else who is WL have this form on their portal, says no scholarships available?
It feels slimy
anyone here waiting on wake
Says decision available but I can’t see it
No longer a fan of Wake Forest after the most recent waitlist email. Just withdrew my application lol.
@SlippinJimmy: at least they were transparent
I think the only reason I was accepted is because I won three CFB National Championships in Retro Bowl with WFU.
Why would a school put that your status is available but make you wait.... horrible lol.
anyone get an decision from Wake
does anyone have the link to the discord? i can't find any links that aren't expired?
Current Wake undergrad here! DM if y'all wanna know more about Winston!
WTF is waitlist/rejected? They got an R email after waitlisted?
@LegallyAsianAmerican: yes- schools will usually WL people, then if way more commit than expected, they "release" you from the WL aka rejected
its to slim down the WL to a smaller pool since they anticipate only a small number of admits off the WL compared to other years
