"A small number of top candidates for admission to the 2023 entering class are invited to be on the waiting list." I wonder what they perceive as "small" lol... like even with the data here I wouldn't think it's "small"...
HushedCertainDachshund

@professionalpickme: we will see if it bites them, schools have been weird this cycle but i have a feeling many will struggle to hold onto medians

@CarelessLittleHummingbird: yeah no As on Wednesday I'm hoping for As today because this is when they do Undergrad As so maybe they'll line it up
If no decisions are released today I would expect next week to be the last wave, and then they will trickle in as the semester winds down.
But hopefully because they are releasing undergrad decisions today that they might have some movement but it could go either way…

booo UGA
I'm a little skeptical about what a priority waitlist sounds like. I was placed on it today but idk a good reason why a school would have 2 different waitlists of different levels. Any ideas?
Cause it seems like to me it just gives waitlisted people a bigger hope to get in the school and thus a higher chance for people on the priority WL to attend if admitted.
Idk if that makes sense but it's just odd to me
