Can anyone tell me why seat deposits are on April 15th and US News has the audacity to release 2024 rankings on April 18th? I need answers!!!
@UnsuspectingRoyalPainInTheButt: Probably because US News Rankings have nothing to do with law school admissions except ranking them. Schools don’t pay US News to rank them so to US News it’s probably “we’ll release them when we want to release them”. Meanwhile schools are being stubborn & don’t want to adjust their deposit deadlines despite being behind with decisions bc they’re waiting for the rankings to come out.
