A&M does not like splitters as much as a school like WashU. But, if you have 170+, they may take you still but way less likely than if you had a 168 and a 3.9high.
randomly hopped in here, I was a 17low 2.high and was rejected a few months ago the next day after I was waitlisted. not sure what the hell was going on with me but just a slight forewarning because I thought I was a shoe-in based on past cycles and their love for splitters. I'm sure I just had a weird thing going on with me but still
they also might have had a sleeper agent on here because I was ranting about how bad their admissions process had been for me along with some other people (applied early november, was under "final review" since beginning of december, got waitlisted after 3 entire months of "final" review) and that day I was rejected
that would not surprise me at all lol, they have their people all over reddit
is anyone waiting to hear back today. they sent an email saying anyone who applied before march 1 would hear back by today and nothing...
@Likeitshard2024: check your status checker
@Likeitshard2024: Im still waiting. No movement on checker either
anyone heard any waitlist movement yet?
Got my R email today :/
how is the WL movement for this school chat?
any WL movements this week? super eager to hear back!
haven’t heard anything - maybe after May 1st (second deposit)
Anyone had any WL movement luck yet?
any waitlist decisions this month? good or not so good?
fingers crossed for this week! those who have been admitted - any idea of how full the class is?
If the class is exactly the size of the group me, then the class is probably about 75% full.
Thanks for the info!
any waitlist movements?
