A quick definition of unindicted conspirator:

Unindicted Conspirator: A person who is believed to have been involved in a crime with others, but has not been officially charged with a crime. They are sometimes called an unindicted coconspirator. This person's statements can be used as evidence against the others who have been charged with a crime.

A more thorough explanation:

An unindicted conspirator is a person who is identified by law enforcement as a member of a criminal conspiracy but has not been charged with a crime. They are also known as unindicted co-conspirators.

For example, if a group of people are charged with drug trafficking, but one person who was involved in the conspiracy is not charged, they may be referred to as an unindicted conspirator. This person may have provided information to law enforcement or may not have enough evidence against them to charge them with a crime.

Prosecutors may name someone an unindicted co-conspirator because any statements they made in furtherance of the conspiracy can be used as evidence against the indicted defendants. This means that even though they are not charged, their involvement in the conspiracy can still be used in court.

Does anyone know if this site is legit for citing "scholarly" sources?
Not sure an AI written "brief" is trustworthy. But do you guys cite papers from here for school?

99% of the people on here are still applying to law school ask wasp
I'm a nurse trapped in a PoliSci class so it's not for a law school course if that helps
Whats wasp?

@UppityHeadyBanshee: I would recommend directing questions to hello@lsd.law as that is their contact email.
ok thank you
@UppityHeadyBanshee: i wouldnt use lsd for scholarly sources, it's more of a data aggregate site. what sources are you looking for?
22:38
Way to fuck over the business model of the site you use every day @Wasp
it's not really a scholarly sources site
youd use quimbee for briefs or westlaw for cases
lsd is the best spot for law school data though
22:39
It's never going to be with that attitude.

ok thank you guys! It was nice to at least get to read a clearer breakdown of the case so I know what the heck is going on before I have to dig through the entire Opinion of the Court on Library of Congress. Kudos to y'all for wanting to read all of these painfully long documents as a career haha someone's gotta do it! I'll stick to blood and guts, thanks!

My Dad did blood and guts and he would take me to work often. Keep up the good work! @uppity
