On campus but living off campus is $400 more/month for no roommate. Would have to have a roommate with mine. Have not seen my apartment but almost anything will beat military barracks so idk, kinda used to living in slums.

First year, give people 3-4 months for relationships to collapse, jan/feb is peak dating season, people hook up then, spring break comes around, people hoe out a little, relationships break up going into the summer, summer fling, 2L back to business and solidification of relations before 3L.

Yeah, you can't use an IP ban cus an IP is assigned by your internet service provider when you sign in. You would have to ban a range of IP's that are constantly changing and even then, VPN/TOR/ETC.
