for anyone who has had the scholarship interview, is it an informal type interview?
For folks that got Iowa As today, I took notes during my scholly interview—see my profile. It’s super chill.
@WeirdUsernameHere: Mine was also pretty informal, they asked me a lot about leadership as well as communication. I had a ton of time left for questions.
Iowa just sent me an email stating it was unlikely that I would receive a scholarship :') below 25th GPA / above 75th LSAT
** I am really thankful they didn't ghost me though, and they let me know early
@nannersplit: same here but vice versa on the lsat & GPA! Unfortunate but responsible of them nonetheless
dumb question but does anyone know if getting a new paragraph at the top of the status checker means anything? getting desperate for signs rn
@spont: I am not sure what that means but my checker changed to "decision pending" one day before I was accepted
Iowa is now my app they really said no scholly
@Fatbear747: continuing to be an angel, tysm

Frickin’ U Iowa waitlisted me two days ago and didn’t have the courtesy to send an email :’(
Above 75th LSAT, below 25th GPA, adds insult to injury. I got quick acceptances and 3/4 or full ride scholarships from similarly ranked schools
Guess that’s just law school admissions, lol
Just got a “we don’t expect to award you any scholarship” email from Iowa, feels gr8
Just heard back from Iowa about scholarship. Unlikely that I receive anything...
Crazy that I'm above both medians
Rough hearing that from my #1 lol
I get the impression that Iowa was super generous with scholarships the last couple years, maybe they have to pull back for a while
Yeah I remember seeing that
Ya I was very surprised/disappointed to see that email as well
Just emailed them to remove my application. How you like that iowa?!!! :/
is the scholly interview required?

@Wood4Wood: After
@NastyDecorousAntelope: bet I get one of those soon then :(
