[IMPORTANT] These estimates are for high level planning only. Things like summer jobs, when you spend your savings, and other financial decisions will impact exactly how much you pay.
I applied last year, WL, and I got the same survey. Only difference this year is the part time evening interest. Which is weird because last year I asked if there are available seats for part-time could I offer interest in those? and they said no, only in what I applied for
Someone got a WL->acceptance. But they received the email over the weekend, and the email's context was "stating that the admissions committee was meeting this week to discuss waitlisted candidates." We did not get the same email.

Also they retook the Lsat and did better; I don't think I should have hope since my stats still low lol
They're definitely focused on LSAT since their ranking has been going down. Last year they waited until the week before classes began to send the final decision, so Im not gunna keep waiting :/

Warm regards,
Dean Lue Sang

Only to complete the for you quoted, not an email about part time. But the form/survey asked if you'd considered part time.

I was accepted from the waitlist. Got the call on Tuesday but I also applied for PT Evening. Hoping you all get good news soon. 🤞🏾 They said they don’t send final decisions out until the first week of classes because they have admitted people into the first week even though it’s uncommon.

@SomedaySoon: Congratulations!!! Im so happy for you!
After distasteful communication with the dean, I would prefer to withdraw from the waitlist. He isn't very pleasant to communicate with and takes things extremely personally.

@InvincibleSafeDwarf: oh no, sorry to hear, are you okay? Did you talk to him regarding waitlist or something else and it was a bad experience?

Yes I did, when the waitlist email was sent out. I sent an email to gain clarity and explain how the question presented to switch to part time appeared to be a snub to students who actually want part time, their only option and completed the additional part time essay in their application. He took it personal and called me harsh, aggressive and ill professional. I would expect the Dean of a Law School to welcome feedback and applaud applicants for advocating for themselves and other perspective students in a similar situations. I wasn't happy with the way he spoke to me.. and I spoke to others who have had a similar experience with him. I expected more from Boyd, truthfully.

Wow thats really disheartening. He's the unprofessional one for not listening/considering concerns from applicants. Maybe its a sign the school's not the one. I hope you'll be going to a school that's better for you :')

Maybe you and others could report it to someone else in admissions 🤷♂️
Not really. I live in Vegas, and UNLV graduates can do extremely well here, even ending up in biglaw firms. But that's because UNLV has a monopoly in Nevada, there's no other competition here. I haven't really heard of UNLV grads having much success elsewhere-- most states have multiple law schools with higher rankings and better regional connections.
Anyone know how we get scholarship info from UNLV? I was accepted today but no scholarship was mentioned in the phone call or email.

Their dean of admissions called me with my A, and gave me scholarship details over the phone. Actual Scholly email came after my acceptance email though
