Yeah, it’s clear they weren’t worried about the deposit deadline so anything is fair game

yea anything could happen. But I'm inclined to think they were intentionally waiting for the deposit deadline today to gauge the numbers & play around with them ...so I personally don't think we'll hear back today

I also don't think tomorrow (but who knows). I'm kinda betting on Friday or Monday tbh
12:32
I think there will be more movement closer to the Jun 1st deposit deadline
I would personally predict next Tuesday as the first WL-->A wave. My source is that I made it uo
For those of us still waiting on an initial decision... do y'all think we'll hear (even if it's a WL) before they start doing WL-->A/R ?

no clue, but I hope so. Would be kinda sucky if we didn't :(
13:52
I don't think its a bad sign we haven't heard at all - especially ED - if they waitlist you, you're released from the contract - so the delay is to continue to hold us potential to it

I called the office today. They said that if you are still in the 8-12 week window, there is no telling when to expect. However, if you have a deadline approaching, you can email to let them know and they will try to expedite

So not much info, but that is what they will say if you call!
So they don't have a priority to send out initial decisions first and then move on to WL. Will they be offended if we send out an email to let them know a deposit deadline is coming up?
PreviousSwelteringQuail

It sounds like they would not be offended if you mentioned an upcoming deadline
