well I wouldn't say rescind (bc you dont do that), but you should tell them they are your top choice, you would withdraw from all WL, and attend at sticker

@dusttodiamonds: one thing that i'd also do if i was u is include a thank you for them considering you on the WL, sometimes people overlook that. on my loci i stressed that they were my top choices and listed my reasons, i told them i'd withdraw every app/acceptance i have

thats great! echo others, say its your first choice and you would withdraw from other acceptances and deposit immediately. Thank them for considering you. talk about why you would go there (logistical reasons included!)
