@jb2028: Oof I was thinking that too as my options will be lower rank. I know I need some work experience to offset the GPA and need to be 100% dedicated to law to excel in law school, to network, and to pass the bar - especially if I take on loans and have no choice to build a strong career/private practice. How should I best spend my off time from work to have a great mindset for law school? Not looking to be stuck with 100k+ loans to not practice law or have a low salary job no matter the school I go to.

Anyway - re: people waiting on outstanding decisions, the main thing to remember is an A is an A. Given the linear passage of time, it's just a late A and short decision (much like a waitlist) so worth thinking about where you would/wouldn't go if you have to decide in a few days
