@GuiltlessPuffyDog: thsts the same way i feel. The northeast is just too expensive imo. My parents pay $10k in property taxes per year on a 2k sq ft home outside philly. The same size house is under 2500 bucks per year in property tax in az/nv. The cost of living and tax burden is way too high in the northeast. Then because of high property tax, you have high rent etc. the jobs in NV/AZ dont really pay that much less but the cost of living burden is a lot lower

@GuiltlessPuffyDog: yeah i Kinda wish i picked UA but my plan was to live with my parents to save on rent after school while i pay off my COL loans. Then once im debt free or close to it, try to find a job in arizona ngl
