Write a LOCI if you want, but know that if we extrapolate the GULC system to three tiers for WL you fall in tier 1 (soft A), tier 2 (could happen and is likely with LOCI), tier 3 (someone needs to be paper trail proof of an attempt to fill the class in August/September).
