Yeah I’m just being paranoid for no reason

Im in the same boat haven't gotten an A yet
Just saw a rejection came through. Are more inbound? Does that mean we are done with As for now?

It was a low GPA R wave, my first R of the cycle haha
Guess they really want to protect that 3.70 25th - even a 2.90/168 got an R

@wealthofnations: I feel ya. I wasn't so surprised I didn't get in, but when I saw you didn't with the 168 I knew they unreasonably stuck on their GPA metrics. Not even waitlist, just a straight R.

Oh. I guess it wasn't you with the 168, but still.
@ScarletandDelilah: Nah yeah wasn't me, but made me feel better that I never really had a chance haha 169 R today
Utah is completely fading the low GPA applicants, it seems
ScarletandDelilah
16:37
@wealthofnations: Yep. My GPA is 20 years old. It makes complete sense that they would reject me based on that.
19:12
dang the WL hurts more than the R honestly
@treywagnon: I feel you. In a way it's nice to not be fully rejected. But it would also be nice to relax again
When do we think decisions will come this week? I got this message in my ASO last week "Your application is in review. You will be notified via email e-mail when a decision has been rendered."
13:21
Seems like last year, a lot of results were released in mid-Feburary. I hope we don't have to wait that long. It makes me anxious seeing the occasional decision added to LSD.
16:46
I submitted my application last week and still haven't gotten an email or status check info. I called and they said they had it though. Seems like not a lot of movement overall for applicants.
For some of us, it hasn't been pleasant news :(
I got in on Friday!!!! More info to come on Wednesday!
Great! They're moving through the files now that the priority deadline has passed. Everyone waiting will likely here in the next two weeks (except maybe Jan applicants)
Any idea on scholarship timelines? They said today but its been radio silent

Any thoughts on whether retaking the LSAT might influence waitlist choices? I don't think they usually have much movement but I really want to go to Utah.
@cheesemonkey: you will likely get in off the waitlist with your stats. The April LSAT scores will not affect your acceptance chances. If you wait to reapply next year, then it will count for something. For now, there's nothing else to do. If you had a 166 (or even 165), it's likely they would have permitted the lower GPA. It's all about numbers. Waitlist means they like you. You can see this from others who have been rejected, with a higher lsat or higher gpa
Does anybody know when seat deposit deadlines are? Just trying to figure out when waitlist movement could be
@PreciousThinkableDevil: Not sure if you already got an answer to this but in case you haven't... deposit deadlines are April 15 and April 29th depending on scholarship
@AnnoyingDapperLemur: Thank you!
